Bipolar ds
Which one is not true for bipolar II ds?
1. Starts at an earlier age than Bipolar I
2. Associated with higher rate of attempted and completed suicides than in bipolar I
3. Catatonia can be a specifier
4. More marital disruptions are associated with bipolar II than with bipolar I
5. During the period of hypomania, there could not be psychotic symptoms

Looks like all options are true
Age of onset: Bipolar II earlier than I
Attempted & completed Suicides: Bipolar II > I
Marital Disruption: Bipolar II > I
Among specifiers: Catatonia stayed as specifier in DSM V. Applied to episode of depression in bipolar II if catatonic features are present during most of episode.
By definition, psychosis does not occur in hypomania.
