Dementia with Lewy Bodies Vs Dementia in Parkinson Disease ?

Q- How do you differentiate between Dementia with Lewy Bodies and Dementia in Parkinson Disease ??

I found following points from different articles. Please add more.

(1) "1 Year Rule": Onset of dementia within 12 months of parkinsonism qualifies as DLB; and Onset of dementia after 12 months of parkinsonism as PDD.
(2) Neuroleptic sensitivity present for DLB.
(3) Pattern of extrapyramidal signs: DLB have greater postural instability & facial impassivity; PDD have more tremor predominant type.
(4) DLB have better contextual verbal delayed memory.
