SSRIs Mechanism: Side Effects Vs Therapeutic Action Vs Tolerance

Mechanism of Action of SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors)
Q1. Why Side effects appear earlier during treatment with SSRIs?
Q2. Why SSRIs takes 3-4 weeks to have therapeutic benefit?
Q3. How does tolerance develops to SSRIs side effects?
We should first understand the basic structure & function of serotonin neuron (esp the role of 5HT1A autoreceptors):
