Kendra's Law loopholes must be closed

Kendra's Law allows courts to order seriously mentally ill people to stay in treatment even if they are not staying in a hospital. If after being court-ordered to accept treatment, they go off it, they can be hospitalized for an evaluation to see if they need inpatient treatment to prevent them from becoming dangerous.
