Which of the following meds may cause cognitive side effects when used along with ECT?

1. Atropine
2. Lithium
3. Gabapentin
4. Lamotrigine
5. Valproate

Lithium.

Concurrent use of Lithium and ECT may cause adverse events, like serotonic syndrome, seizure disorder (focal and prolonged seizure).
