A. Female gender
B. Increased age
C. Poor socioeconomic status
D. Severe negative symptoms
E. Severe positive symptoms

Thinking1 D- Severe Negative Symptoms.

Female gender, Increased age, and positive symptoms are considered good prognosis for Schizophrenia patient.
Not sure about the association of Poor Socioeconomic status and functional capacity decline in SZP.

Clap Bravo Harry. poor education, poor performance in neuropsych battery and severe negative symptoms are the factors associated with poor functional capacity in Schizo.. You are right Bravo

High Yield Fact (related to above Question):

Any improvement in "Negative symptoms" that can be gained from atypical antipsychotics is very important -->because the long term outcome of SZP is more closely correlated with severity of negative symptoms, then it is with severity of positive symptoms.

(One of the reason for using Atypical over Typical antipsychotics)
