Visual Agnosias Empty Visual Agnosias

A Patient presented with Visual Agnosia.

(1) How will you differentiate between Apperceptive Agnosia and Associative Agnosia?

I have following doubts. Please clarify:
(2) Is it possible to have associative agnosia without apperceptive agnosia
(3) Is it possible to have apperceptive agnosia without associative agnosia
(4) Is it possible to have both together.
