Q: Which of the following conditions are indication for Clozapine discontinuation and re-challenge with Clozapine is not recommended?

(a) QTc> 500 ms
(b) Absolute Neutrophil Count= 1000/uL
(c) Thrombocyte Count = 40,000/uL
(d) Cardiomyopathy (confirmed with echo)
(e) Seizures
