B.. confusion as a part of acute psychosis is better than confusion presenting at some other time.

Good Prognostic Factor for Schizophreniform Disorder:
(a) Onset of psychosis within 4 weeks of behavioral changes.
(b) Confusion presenting at peak of psychosis.
(c) Absence of blunted or flat affect.
(d) Good premorbid social and occupational functioning.
