Answer: Optic nerve (II)

The optic nerve, unlike other cranial nerves, are actual myelin coated projection of the brain, which makes them part of CNS. They are susceptible to CNS illness including Childhood Onset Metabolic Storage Diseases, Migraines and Multiple Sclerosis induced optic neuritis.
