Ans: (C) Paroxetine
At daily treatment, the overall efficacy of 20mg paroxetine, 50–100mg sertraline, 20–40mg citalopram, 20-40mg Fluoxetine and 10–20mg clomipramine is comparable, but paroxetine exerts the strongest ejaculation delay.
